Hello fellow crafters!! Welcome back for the 3rd and final reveal of the Third Anniversary Release for The Ton!!! We have five new stamp sets and 3 new Couture Mixes, along with some coordinating dies to reveal today!! All products revealed this week are NOW available in the shop!!! There is also a huge blog hop happening over the next several days, so there is plenty more inspiration coming your way!!!I have two cards to share with you today!! Each is slightly different, but both use the fabulous Loose Tulip stamp set and Coordinating Dies.On to the cards…
Aren’t these tulips beautiful???!!! I began by stamping the leaves & stems with Frosted Vanilla Cupcake Dye Ink and the tulips with Ballet Slippers Dye Ink, two colors that are perfect for no-line coloring. I colored all the images with Copic markers and added details with colored pencils, then die-cut all the images with the Loose Tulips Coordinating Dies. I used alcohol inks on Yupo paper to create backgrounds for the tulips and cut them down with the Double Stitched Rectangle Dies (Large). I adhered the stems and large tulip directly onto the background, while popping up the smaller tulips and leaves with dimensional adhesive. For the purple card, I stamped “Congratulations” from The Most Interesting Card Maker 2.0 towards the bottom of the card base with Iris Blooms Dye Ink. The “Happy Birthday” on the pink card is also from The Most Interesting Card Maker 2.0, and it was stamped with Cosmopolitan Pink Hybrid Ink. Limoncello Nuvo Drops were placed onto the stamen of the tulips. I used sequins from the Lilac Blossoms Mix and Cosmic Mauve Mix on the purple card. The pink one was accented with a few sequins from the Pink Bokeh Mix and Rose Champagne Sparkle Mix. Here are some shots of each card individually…
