A Fall Hello – Honey Bee Stamps

Hello, crafty friends!! I have a “hello” fall card featuring the Lovely Layers: Mini Fall Florals and Great Greetings: Everyday Die Sets from the latest Honey Bee Stamps release, along with some older products!!

I began by die-cutting the flowers and leaves in the Lovely Layers: Mini Fall Florals Die Set from light yellow, pink, cream, brown, green and matte gold cardstock. I added shading to the die-cuts using dye inks and Beeluxe Blending Brushes. I also die-cut the wreath and bows from kraft, yellow, pink and cream cardstock using the Grapevine Wreath Die Set and blended the bows with the same inks that I used on the flowers.

For the background, I die-cut the largest die in the Stacking Art Deco Labels Die Set from matte gold cardstock and the second largest from cream cardstock. The cream die-cut was embossed with the Fall Leaves 3D Embossing Folder. The largest die in the Scallop A2 Card Frames Die Set was cut from a piece of pattern paper in the Fall Is In The Air Paper Pad. It was adhered to a panel of cream cardstock that was die-cut with the largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set. The art deco die-cuts were adhered with Bee Creative Glue. The wreath, bows and floral die-cuts were arranged and adhered, also using Bee Creative Glue.

The sentiment was created using the Great Greetings: Everyday Die Set. The top layer was die-cut from matte gold cardstock and the bottom layer from cream cardstock. I also die-cut three more of the bottom layer from heavyweight white cardstock. The layers were all stacked and adhered together with liquid glue, then added to the front of the card. To finish, a trio of gold pearls from the Harvest Pearl Sticker Pack were added to the center of the bow and a gold gel pen adds details and accents to the flowers and leaves.

I absolutely love how this turned out and hope you do, as well!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!! I’ll see you soon!!
