A have a birthday card to share with you today featuring the Floral Balloon Extravaganza Stamps & Dies, Dazzling Fireworks Cover Die, Celebrations Sentiments Stamp Set and Thin Stripes Cover Die.
I gold heat embossed the balloons and “happy birthday” sentiment from the Floral Balloon Extravaganza Stamp Set onto Bristol smooth cardstock and watercolored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. The color palette was inspired by the September Inspiration Challenge. Once they were dry, I used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out. I also die-cut three more layers of the sentiment from heavyweight white cardstock and adhered them behind the embossed one.
For the background, I die-cut a panel of white cardstock with the Dazzling Fireworks Cover Die and adhered it to a white card base. The balloon die-cuts were adhered with liquid glue, then I splattered it with diluted gold pigment ink.
The Celebrations Sentiments Stamp Set was gold heat embossed onto white cardstock, then cut out with the Thin Stripes Cover Die. The stacked die-cut sentiment was adhered with liquid glue and the strip was popped up with foam adhesive.
