Good morning!! How do you feel about the llama trend? To be honest, I wasn’t on board. Until I saw the No Probllama stamp set & Coordinating Honey Cuts from Honey Bee’s latest release.

I’m sure you have seen many projects from the design team by now, but isn’t this stamp set the cutest? There are also several accessories to decorate the llama, but I decided to keep it simple.

I also wanted to make my card a little different, so I scored the front of the card in half and folded it forward. This allows the front of the card to pull down, revealing the sentiment on the inside of the card.

Here’s what I did. I began by stamping the llama, cactus and several of the flowers from the No Probllama set with pale ink onto heavyweight white cardstock. All the images were colored with Copic markers, for a no-line effect, then cut out with the Coordinating Honey Cuts. The Hill Borders Honey Cuts were used to cut three pieces of Bristol paper. Antique Linen & Vintage Photo Distress Oxides were ink blended onto the hills, before spritzing with water and removing the excess to create some texture. Once dry, Copic markers were also used to create more interest. Next, the sun from the Partly Cloudy Honey Cuts was cut from Bristol paper and ink blended with Mustard Seed & Fossilized Amber Distress Oxides. The clouds, also from Partly Cloudy Honey Cuts, were cut from heavyweight white cardstock. A panel of light blue cardstock was cut slightly smaller than A2 for the inside of the card. “Another Birthday?” & “No Probllama”, also from No Probllama, were stamped as shown with Versafine Onyx Black Ink. All that was left to do, was to adhere everything!! The sun & clouds were adhered to the inside of the card, trimming off the excess. The sand dunes, llama, cactus & flowers were adhered to the front of the card. Lastly, a few details were added to the llama with a white gel pen.
