Another Orbit Complete Circle Shaker Card – Trinity Stamps

Hello, friends and happy Thursday!! I’m sharing a circle shaker birthday card featuring the Another Orbit Stamps & Coordinating Dies from Trinity Stamps today!!

I started by stamping one of the astronauts and sun from the Another Orbit Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored them with Copics, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out. I also white heat embossed the small sentiment onto the flag.

Next, I created the card base by die-cutting a panel of heavyweight white cardstock using the Circle Shaped Card Die Set. I folded it along the score line and used a teflon folding tool to reinforce the crease.

For the background, I pressed the Time Warp Letterpress Plate onto a panel of dark blue cardstock using silver pigment ink and a BetterPress System. Once the ink was dry, the eighth largest die in the Clean Cuts Layers Circle Die Set A was die-cut from the panel and the die-cuts were adhered to the background using liquid glue.

I adhered the tabs on a 4.25″ Circle Shaker Pouch to the back of the blue panel using Rip N Stick Tape, leaving an opening to add my shaker bits. Once the Shimmer Stars Confetti was added, I closed up the opening.

The shaker was adhered to the circle card base using liquid glue.

The “happy birthday” sentiment, also from Another Orbit Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with red dye ink. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die, then adhered to the front of the shaker using liquid glue.

I can think of several boys who would love to receive a card like this!! The circle shaker makes it so unique!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!! I’ll see you soon!!
