Happy Mother’s Day!! I hope you have plans to spend the day with family or close friends!!

I have a sweet slimline card to share with you today for Hello Bluebird…

I started by stamping the darling images from the Bloom and Grow Stamp Set onto white cardstock with black Copic friendly ink. After coloring them with Copics, I cut them out with the Bloom and Grow Coordinating Dies then set them aside to work on my background.

I die-cut the Summer Woods Scene Die from bristol smooth cardstock, inked on some Distress Oxide Inks, then added details with Copics. The sentiment was stamped onto the background panel with Versafine Onyx Black Ink. The images were arranged and adhered with a combination of liquid and dimensional adhesive. White gel pen highlights and a black glaze pen on the eyes and noses were the finishing touch.

This Summer Woods Slimline Die is so versatile and the Bloom and Grow Stamp Set is so adorable, you really can’t go wrong with the combination of the two!!
