Hello, friends!! I’m participating in the Pretty Pink Posh Instagram hop and sharing this adorable card featuring some darling new goodies from the January release!! I thought I’d share the process here, as well!! I started by stamping the ladybugs and trails from the Lovely Ladybugs Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored them with Copics, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

For the background, I stenciled them Layered Ladybugs Layering Stencils onto a panel of white cardstock using red and black dye inks. I trimmed the panel slightly and adhered it to an A2 panel of black cardstock with liquid glue. The two largest dies in the Pinking Rectangles Die Set were cut from vellum and red cardstock. I trimmed a panel of white cardstock to fit inside the red pinked rectangle, then adhered them all the the background with liquid glue.

The sentiment, also from the Lovely Ladybugs Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto red cardstock and cut out with the Coordinating Die. Once I figured out placement of all my elements, I stamped the sub-sentiment onto the white panel with black pigment ink. The smaller ladybugs and trails were adhered with liquid glue, while the larger ladybugs and die-cut sentiment were popped up with foam tape. I added some highlights to the ladybugs with a white gel pen and this card was finished.
