Hello, friends and happy Thursday!! I hope your week is going well!! I have a card to share today for Trinity Stamps that I personalized for my niece’s 11th birthday!! Her favorite color is purple and she LOVES chocolate (who doesn’t?), so these products made it super easy to customize this card especially for her!!
I began by stenciling the Stars & Sprinkles Stencil Set onto white cardstock with Blending Buddy Brushes using Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet, Dusty Concord and Villainous Potion Distress Oxide Inks.
Next, I stamped the Celebration Cupcake onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored it with Copic markers and used the Coordinating Die to cut it out. “Celebrate”, also from the Celebration Cupcake Stamp Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with Villainous Potion Distress Oxide Ink and cut out with its Coordinating Die. The candles from the Number Candles Stamp Set were stamped onto white cardstock with Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink and cut out with the Number Candles Coordinating Dies.
The largest die in the A2 Clean Cut Layers Set A Die Set was used to cut a panel of dark purple cardstock and the second largest die in the same set was used to cut the stenciled layer and a panel of white vellum. The banners were cut from two shades of purple cardstock with dies from the Banner Builder Die Set.
All of the rectangle layers were adhered to an A2 white card base with liquid glue. The banner die-cuts were also adhered with liquid glue, trimming the excess from each side.
The cupcake and candles were adhered to the background with liquid glue. The flames for the candles were colored with Copic markers, then adhered to the candles.
The sentiment was popped up with adhesive foam strips. Glazed Gumdrop Iridescent Pearl Confetti was the perfect finishing touch.
My niece’s birthday isn’t until later this year, but it’s nice to know that I have a personlized card ready to go!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a great Thursday and I’ll see you soon!!
