Hello, crafty friends!! Happy Thursday!! Have you seen the new Merakiversary Release from Crafty Meraki?!? So many great dies!! Big congrats to Bindu on her 2nd birthday!!

I used the Lenten Rose Mini Slimline Die for my card today!!

I wanted to use Copic markers to color the flowers, so I ran the Lenten Rose Mini Slimline Die through my Gemini Jr. with the embossing pad and white paper to emboss the image onto it. This showed me where the lines would be on the die-cut so I could add shading for dimension. After coloring the panel with Copics, I trimmed it down to slimline size. 

Next, I die-cut the Lenten Rose Mini Slimline Die from white cardstock and adhered it over the colored panel.

The sentiment, from the Elegance Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock and cut out with the Coordinating Die. It was popped up with foam adhesive. A sprinkling of African Violet Meraki Sparkle Gems was the perfect finishing touch!!
