Hello, crafty friends!! I hope your weekend is off to a great start!!
I received the Waffle Flower Bouquet Builder 7 Stamp Set in the Limited Edition Watercolor Kit. Since I have already watercolored it several times, I wanted to color it with Copic markers in fall colors!! Even though I am a summer loving girl, I am ready for fall crafting!!!
Let’s get started!!
I stamped the images from the Waffle Flower Bouquet Builder 7 Stamp Set with Copic friendly ink. I colored the images with Copics and added details with colored pencils and a yellow gel pen. I used the Waffle Flower Bouquet Builder 7 Coordinating Dies to cut out the images. You can also purchase the Waffle Flower Bouquet Builder 7 Combo and save a couple of dollars!!
Next, I cut a panel of kraft cardstock to be 4″ x 5 1/4″. I splattered diluted gold metallic ink and white gouache onto the panel. Once it was dry, I swiped the metallic gold ink pad onto the edges of the panel. The panel was adhered to a white cardbase and the florals and leaves were arranged and adhered in opposite corners. The images that hung off the edges were trimmed away.
For the sentiment, I die-cut “hello” once from gold matte mirror cardstock and three times from white cardstock using the Honey Bee Slimline Sentiments Eyelet Dies. This set has four beautiful sentiments in a gorgeous font, as well as a slimline die! I stacked and adhered them together and added them to the center of the card. Lastly, a sprinkling of gold confetti sequins finishes off the card nicely!!
That’s it!! I really love how these colors came together!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!!! Have a great weekend!!!
So beautiful! Gorgeous card!
