Hey friends!! Happy Tuesday!! Here in the Midwest, we had a taste of fall weather this past weekend!! It was in the lower 80s with very little humidity…it was wonderful!! Now the humidity is on its way back in and the temperatures are starting to climb back up, but it was nice while it lasted!!
The nice weather put me in a fall state of mind, so I colored the Framed: Anemones from Honey Bee Stamps in warm autumnal colors!!
I stamped the Framed: Anemones stamp onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink, then colored it with Copic markers. I added some dots to the stamen with a yellow gel pen.
I trimmed the panel right along the line of the frame and used a black Tombow marker along the edge of the cardstock to finish it off nicely. It was then adhered to a white top-folding card base with Bee Creative Glue.
The sentiment, also from the Framed: Anemones Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock, then cut out with the Coordinating Die. It was popped up into the upper, left corner with foam adhesive.
That’s it!! I loved coloring these beautiful anemones and it made it so easy just to add a sentiment and it was ready to pop in the mail!!
I appreciate you taking the time to stop by today!! Have a great week and I’ll see you soon!!
