Hello, friends!! I’m back with another creation featuring the fabulous July Release from Reverse Confetti!! I am really enjoying my time as a ‘Fetti Friend!!

I just LOVE how this card turned out!! Let’s get started!!

I stamped the kittens and rainbow hearts from Rain or Shine onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly ink. (I wanted to use all of the colors of the rainbow, so I did add another line to the top of the heart.) I colored the images with Copics and cut them out with the Coordinating Confetti Cuts.

The Cloudy Day Cover Panel was cut from blue cardstock and layered over iridescent glitter paper. The sentiment, from the Stained Glass Butterflies stamp set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock and fussy cut.

I tied some black & white twine bows for balloon ribbons and attached them to the hearts. The heart balloons and kittens were both popped up with foam adhesive.

So cute, right?
