Hello, friends and happy Memorial Day to those of you in the US!! Are you as excited as I am about the re-opening of the Alex Syberia Designs shop?!? The incredible Sweet Friend Release was an amazing way to re-open!! I have a friendship card to share with you today featuring the Heartfelt Blooms Stamp Set and the Charming Flora Cover Die!!

I started by stamping the beautiful floral in the Heartfelt Blooms Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly ink. I colored it with Copic markers and used the Coordinating Die to cut it out.

For the background, I die-cut the Charming Flora Cover Die from white cardstock and blended the outside edges with dye ink that matched my colors in the flowers. I diluted a bit of the same ink and splattered it onto the background. The vellum leaves were die-cut using the Elegant Peony Die Set and adhered to the front of the card. The flowers were then adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment is a combination of the Friend Die and the Bouquet of Blessings Stamps &  Coordinating Dies. The top layer of “Friend” was die-cut from orchid cardstock one time and the bottom layer was cut three times from white cardstock using the Friend Die Set. They  were stacked and adhered together, then adhered to the bottom, right area of the card. The sub-sentiment, from the Bouquet of Blessing Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto orchid cardstock, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam tape.
