Hello again, friends!! I’m sharing this fun birthday pop-up card that combines several die sets from Scrappy Tails Crafts today!!

This is the card when it’s closed. I die-cut most of the elements from white cardstock using the Birthday Trifold Add-on, Birthday Presents Trifold Add-on, Birthday Essentials, A7 Trifold Pop Up Card Base and the Trifold Pull Down Cover Dies. The strings of the balloons were cut from light gray cardstock.

I added color and shading using Distress Oxide Inks and one dye ink. I used Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed, Kitsch Flamingo, Picked Raspberry, light blue dye ink and Mermaid Lagoon. Two layers of the Confetti Ribbon Stencil Set were used to add color to the background and the pull down cover die-cuts with the lightest shade of ink in each color family. All of the elements were glued together using liquid glue, then added to the tabs in the pull down portion of the base.

The sentiment is included in the Trifold Pull Down Cover Die Set. The top layer was cut four times from white cardstock and the shadow layer once. The darkest of each color family of ink was blended onto one of the top layers. They were stacked and adhered together using liquid glue, then added to the pull down cover.
I added a smaller top-folding card base to the back and some bridges to the back of some of the die-cuts to add some stability when the card is standing open on display.
I love interactive cards and I hope the recipient will love this one, as well!!
Thanks so much for dropping by today!! Have a great week!!
