Hello, friends!! I hope your Tuesday is off to a great start!!
I love a great punny sentiment and if there are pups involved, even better…ha!! So when I saw the Riding By…Holiday Style Stamp Set from Honey Bee Stamps, which is an add-on to the Bicycle Builder Honey Cuts and Riding By Stamp Set, I knew I had to pop that pup in the basket and use the “Happy Howlidays” sentiment!!
I began by stamping the adorable images and sentiment from the Riding By…Holiday Style Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Intense Black Ink. After coloring them with Copic markers, I cut them out with the Coordinating Honey Cuts. Next, I die-cut all of the pieces for my bicycle from frosted silver, red and black cardstock using the Bicycle Builder Honey Cuts and adhered them all together with Bee Creative Glue.
For the background, I die-cut a piece of patterned paper from the Vintage Holiday Paper Pad using the largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set and added some texture with the Pierced Fancy Flakes A2 Cover Plate Honey Cut. The snow drift was die-cut from white glitter cardstock using the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles and Horizon Slimline Border Dies, then it was adhered to the background panel.
All of the die-cuts were adhered to the background with Bee Creative Glue. I added lots of White Gem Stickers for more snow and even more texture on the background. I added some shine to the pup’s nose with a black glaze pen and some stripes to the scarf and highlights to the colored images with a white gel pen.
I hope you love how this turned out as much as I do!! I may mass produce a simplified version for our holiday cards this year!!
Thanks so much for spending a bit of your day with me!! I sure appreciate it!!
Have a great week!!
So cute!
