Happy Tuesday, friends!! I have a card to share with you today for Honey Bee Stamps that would be perfect to send to a friend for any occasion or just because!! Who doesn’t like to receive happy mail?!? It’s always such a nice surprise to find an unexpected card in the mailbox!
To start, I stamped the Pretty Postage Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. After coloring the image with Copic markers, I die-cut it with the Pretty Postage Honey Cuts.
For the background, I white heat embossed the large image from the Hugs Enclosed Stamp Set onto gray cardstock for a subtle background. I trimmed the panel slightly and adhered it to a panel of patterned paper from the Love Letters Paper Pad.
“Happy Mail” from the Hugs Enclosed Stamp Set and “hello friend” from the Pretty Postage Stamp Set, were both white heat embossed onto black cardstock and cut out with the Hugs Enclosed and Pretty Postage Honey Cuts. The envelope die-cut was popped up onto the background panel with foam adhesive. The die-cut greetings were adhered with a combination of foam tape and liquid adhesive. I added some dots with a white gel pen to add some depth to the centers of the flowers.
I really love how this turned out!! That Pretty Postage stamp is just beautiful and so much fun to color!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a great week and I’ll see you soon!!
