Hello, friends and happy Monday!! I hope those of you who celebrate had a wonderful Easter!! I have a sweet Mother’s Day card to share with you today for Alex Syberia Designs!! I’ve been going through my stash and pulling out some of the sets that may not have gotten enough love!! I LOVE revisiting my favorite products and getting the most from my supplies!!

I began by white heat embossing the floral arrangement from the Life Is Good Stamp Set onto Bristol smooth cardstock. I used the Coordinating Stencil Set to add color and shading with dye inks, then cut it out with the Coordinating Die.

For the background, I blended the lightest color of dye ink in each color family around the outside of an A2 panel of Bristol smooth cardstock with a light hand. The Modern Stripes Cover Die was cut from white cardstock and layered over the ink-blended panel. The floral arrangement was adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment is from the For Her Sentiments Stamp Set. It was stamped onto white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and cut out with the Coordinating Die. “Happy Mother’s Day was trimmed into a narrow banner and both sentiments were popped up with foam tape. I added a few clear sparkle gems to finish it off.

I really love this bold bouquet against that soft background!!
