Hello and happy Sunday!! Today is National Coffee Day and I am super excited to be sharing a project using the Frappy Camper Perking Spot stamp set that was a special collaboration between the Trinity Stamps and Coffee Loving Cardmakers Design Teams!! Taniesa (the owner of Trinity) was so kind to take into account everyone’s opinions and ideas and bring it to life in this adorable stamp set!!
Let’s get to my project!! I created a long card and an envelope to match!!
To start, I cut a panel using the Narrow Card & Bookmark with Envelope from Bristol paper. I blended Twisted Citron and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks onto the panel with Blending Buddies. The greeting was stamped onto the background panel with Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink.
I stamped all of the images from The Frappy Camper Perking Spotwith Momento Tuxedo Black Ink onto white cardstock, colored them with Copics and cut them out with the Coordinating Dies. All of the elements were adhered together and popped up onto the background panel with foam adhesive. I LOVE how the awning is a separate die and can be popped up for even more dimension!! I did add a few highlights to the images with a white gel pen.
For the envelope, I cut the pieces from Bristol paper using the Narrow Card & Bookmark With Envelope Dies. A scalloped rectangle die was used to cut a mask for a place to add the recipient’s address. I used Antique Linen and Vintage Photo Distress Inks with the Layered Coffee Bean Stencils and Blending Buddies to add the coffee beans to the front of the envelope. A brown marker was used to trace around the mask to add some definition to the scalloped rectangle. All that was left was to adhere all of the elements together! Now I have the perfect envelope to accompany my coffee scene card!
I hope you enjoyed my project! Here’s one last look…
