Happy Valentine’s Day!! I’m back with another card as a guest designer for Scrap Diva Designs for February!! I combined several die sets for my Valentine card today!! If you choose to make a purchase from the Scrap Diva Shop, you can save 10% by entering the code BRENDANOELKE at checkout!!

I started by die-cutting a piece of gingham pattern paper from the Honey Bee Happy Hearts Paper Pad with the cover die in the Heart Mix Die Set. I adhered it to a panel of pale peach cardstock, then to a white card base. The two scalloped rectangles in the Romantic Rectangles Die Set were die-cut from pearlized vellum and adhered to the center of the background.

The bottom layer of the banner from the Tiered Tray Add-on Die Set was cut from pale peach cardstock and the top layer was cut from white cardstock. I adhered the top layer to the bottom with liquid glue, slightly offset. They were adhered to the top of the card with liquid glue and the excess was trimmed from the edges. The hearts from the Heart Mix Die Set were cut from the Happy Hearts Paper Pad and light peach cardstock. The bow, from the A2 Ribbon Frame Nesting Set, was cut from peach cardstock and adhered to the heart with liquid glue.

The top layer of the sentiment, from the Valentine Word Die Set was cut from peach cardstock once and three times from heavyweight white cardstock. The shadow layer was cut from heavyweight white cardstock three times. The layers were stacked and adhered together with liquid glue, then adhered to the front of the card. I added a heart embellishments to the banner and the bow to finish it off.
