Hey there!! Welcome back to day 2 of previews for the Hello Bluebird May Release!! I have a sweet “new baby” card to share with you today featuring the Little Star Stamp Set & Coordinating Dies and the Starry Sky Die!!

I started by stamping the adorable elephant and bunny on the cloud and the moon from the Little Star Stamp Set onto white cardstock with no-line ink. Here are the Copic colors that I used:

• Elephant: W5, W3, W1
• Bunny: E55, E53, E50
• Cloud: B00, B000, B0000
• Moon: E24, Y17. Y02, Y00

I cut them out with the Coordinating Dies and drew the facial features in with a black Copic multi-liner.

Next, I ink-blended some Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide Inks onto an A2 size panel of Bristol smooth cardstock. I splattered it with water and blotted it with a paper towel, then splattered some diluted white gouache onto the panel. Once it was dry, I die-cut the Starry Sky Die from it.

The sentiment was white heat embossed directly onto the background panel. I adhered it to a panel of yellow cardstock, then to a white top-folding card base. The die-cuts were popped up with foam adhesive and I was finished!!
