Hello, my friends and happy Monday!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!!
I’m having the best time making Halloween cards!! I just can’t stop!! Today, I’m sharing a card featuring the Good Fright Stamp Set from Hello Bluebird!!
I stamped all of the adorable images from the Good Fright Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored them with Copics and cut them out with the Coordinating Dies. here are the Copic colors that I used:
- Fox: E99, E97, YR27, YR65
- Bunny: C5, C3, C1, C0
- Squirrel: E44, E44. E42
- Purples: V17, V15, V12
- Greens: YG17, YG03, YG01
- Oranges: YR18, YR09, Y38
For the background, I ink-blended Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch and Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide Inks onto a square panel of Bristol cardstock. I also splattered on some diluted white paint.
I die-cut the moon from white cardstock, then the tree and frame from black cardstock using the Full Moon Scene Die. I blended Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide onto the moon for a little glow. The background panel, frame, tree and moon were adhered to a white 5.5″ x 5.5″ card base with liquid adhesive. I stamped the bats and sentiment, from the Boo Crew Stamp Set, onto the moon with black ink.
All of the trick-or-treaters were popped up with foam adhesive. Lastly, I added some highlights with a white gel pen and some shine to the eyes and noses with a black glaze pen.
That’s it for me today!! How about you…do you enjoy making Halloween cards?
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a great Monday and I’ll see you soon!!
