Hi – Crafty Meraki

Happy Wednesday, friends!! Man, this week is flying by!! I can’t believe it’s the last day of April!!  I’m sharing this monochromatic card featuring the Dainty Bloom Press-Tacular Plate from Crafty Meraki today!! The arrangement of three of these beautiful blooms sure packs a punch!!

I started by pressing the Dainty Bloom Press-Tacular Plate onto white cardstock three times with InkOn3 Blackout Ink using the BetterPress System. I used my Copic markers to color them, then fussy cut them out. The leaves in the Evergreen Elegance Stamp Set were white heat embossed onto vellum, then cut out with the Coordinating Die.

For the background, I die-cut the Crafty Plaid A2 Background Die from white cardstock and adhered it to a white A2 card base. The second largest die in the A2 Timeless Frames Die Set was cut from white cardstock. I wanted the frame to match my flowers, but I didn’t have the color of cardstock that I needed so I colored it with my mid-tone Copic. It was adhered to the background, along with the vellum leaves and flowers using liquid glue.

I used the Meraki Moments Hi Die Set for the sentiment. The top layer was cut once from dark blue cardstock and once from heavyweight white cardstock. The bottom layer was cut from heavyweight white cardstock three times. They were layered and adhered together using liquid glue, then added to the front of the card. Prismatic Blue Meraki Sparkles were the perfect finishing touch.

I absolutely love how this turned out and hope you do, as well!!

Thanks so much for dropping by today!! I’ll see you soon!!
