Hello and welcome to Day 1 of sneak peeks for the fabulous Honey Bee Stamps Autumn Afternoon Release!! This release is full of fall goodness…everything from florals, cute critters and coffee!! There’s literally something for everyone!!

My project today features the stunning Harvest Blooms Background Stamp!!

I gold heat embossed the beautiful Harvest Blooms Background Stamp onto Bristol smooth cardstock and watercolored it with Karin Brushmarker Pro Markers. I used the Stitched Scallop Squares Honey Cuts to die-cut a panel of black cardstock to back my watercolored panel. I trimmed the floral panel slightly to fit inside the scalloped square.

For the sentiment, I cut the top layer from white cardstock using the Blessed Buzzwords Honey Cuts and gold heat embossed it three times to match the background. The second layer was cut from vellum. The rest of the sentiment was gold heat embossed onto vellum strips using the Blessed Stamp Set and adhered with vellum tape. I pulled a few gold hearts (sorry, I didn’t realize it was discontinued) from an older mix to finish off the card!!

I am in love with this background stamp!! I can’t wait to color it with other mediums!!
