Hello again, friends!! I have a card to share with you today for Scrappy Tails Crafts featuring the Layered Orchid Die Set!!

I began by die-cutting all of the components of the Layered Orchid Die Set from light purple, plum, white and two colors of green cardstock. I added some color to the center die-cuts with Copic markers, then layered and adhered them all together.

For the background, I blended Wild Honey, Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink onto a panel of Bristol smooth cardstock with the Aztec Stencil, going from the darkest color in the center to the lightest toward the edges. I trimmed the panel slightly and adhered it to an A2 panel of plum cardstock, then an A2 white, top-folding card base.

The sentiment, from the Tropical Bird Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto plum cardstock and cut out with the Coordinating Die. It was popped up with foam adhesive and this card was complete.
