Happy Thursday, friends!! I’m sharing a Father’s Day card created with some of the new products from the latest May Release from Trinity Stamps!!
I started by stamping the images and sentiment from the Here’s To Brew Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored them with Copics and cut them out with the Coordinating Dies. I added white puff ink to the foam and heated it with my heat gun until it puffed up.
The Double Line Check Background Stamp was white heat embossed onto a panel of blue cardstock, then cut out with the second largest die in the Clean Cut Layers: A2 Set A Die Set. One of the sentiments from the Simply Sentimental: Dad Stamp Set was stamped repeatedly onto a panel of white cardstock with blue ink. A circle die from the Clean Cut Layers: Circle Set B Set was used to cut it out.
I used the Simply Sentimental: Dad Die Set and cut the top layer once from black cardstock and two times from heavyweight white cardstock. The bottom layer was cut from white cardstock two times. They were all layered and adhered together with liquid glue.
The rectangle and circle dies were adhered to an A2 white card base with liquid glue.
The hand and beer mug die-cuts were popped up with adhesive foam strips and the “dad” die-cut was adhered with liquid glue. This is where I decided to white heat emboss “hoppy father’s day” onto black cardstock and use it instead of the black stamped sentiment. It was also popped up with foam strips.
A few Bubble Blow Out Gems coming up from the beer mug was the perfect finishing touch.
That’s it for me!! Thanks for stopping by today!!
