Hello, friends!! I hope you’re having a wonderful week!! I have a floral card to share with you today featuring the stunning Rose Artisan Flora Para-Dies from the latest Crafty Meraki Meraki Hugs Release!

I began by die-cutting the Rose Artisan Flora Para-Dies from purple and green cardstock. I added shading to the rose petals with Wilted Violet and Villainous Potion Distress Oxide Inks and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks onto the leaves with blending brushes.

For the background, I die-cut the Dancing Feathers A2 Background Die from white cardstock and adhered it to an A2 white card base. The roses and leaves were arranged and adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment is a combination of the Meraki Moments Hugs Para-Dies and the Meraki Moments Hugs Stamp Set. The top layer of “Hugs” was die-cut from light purple cardstock, the middle layer from white cardstock and the bottom layer from vellum using the Meraki Moments Hugs Para-Dies. I blended the same inks that I used on the rose onto the purple layer in an ombre fashion. I wanted the sentiment strip to match perfectly, so I blended Villainous Potion Distress Oxide Ink onto a strip of white cardstock. Once it was totally dry, it was stamped using the Meraki Moments Hugs Para-Dies with Versamark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I matted it with a strip of white cardstock, then popped it up with foam tape. Fairy Garden Meraki Sparkles add a bit of bling to finish it off.
