Hello, friends and happy Wednesday!!! Boy, this week is flying by!! I am in the process of moving my craft room from the dark basement to a spare bedroom on the second floor, so I am getting my steps in…ha!!

I fell in love with The Book Shoppe Stamp Set from the Picket Fence latest release the moment that I laid eyes on it!! I’m an avid reader…I MUST read in bed every night. In fact, that’s the only time I allow myself to read or I wouldn’t get anything done…lol!! Enough about me…let’s get to my card, shall we?

I simply stamped The Book Shoppe Stamp onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink and colored it with Copic markers. I trimmed it slightly and adhered it to an A2 panel of light aqua cardstock, then a white card base.

There are many great sentiments in this set!! I chose “I love books and you”!! It was white heat embossed onto black cardstock, trimmed into a narrow rectangle, then popped up with foam adhesive.

I added some highlights with a white gel pen and I was finished!!
