Hello & happy Friday!! I hope you had a great week!! I have a card to share with you today for Trinity Stamps.
I absolutely LOVE shaped cards!! I think it’s nice to send something unexpected to the recipient, and a shaped card checks that box! If it’s coffee shaped…even better!!!
I began by cutting the Coffee Mug Card Die Set from Bristol paper. I inked the die-cuts with Distress Oxide Inks using Blending Buddy Brushes. I wanted to add more dimension to my die-cuts, so I used Copic markers in similar colors to add more shading.
The greeting, from the A Latte Love stamp set, was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and clear heat embossed. I colored the inside of the letters in the word “Latte” with brown Copics. Three hearts were cut from red glitter paper using the heart die in The Mini Coffee Cup Sleeve Dies. I added a few extra hearts from the Sweet and Tart Heart Sprinkles Embellishment Mix.
Since the coloring from my Copic markers bled through, I die-cut another card base with the Coffee Mug Card Die Set from white cardstock and adhered it to the inside. The gift card insert, also included in the Coffee Mug Card Dies, was cut from red cardstock and adhered to the inside of the front flap of the card.
I am fresh out of coffee gift cards to add here!! I see a coffee run in my near future!!
Have a great weekend and I’ll see you soon!!
