Hello, crafty friends and happy Tuesday!! I’m sharing a card featuring the Bold Background: Vintage Roses Honey Cuts from Honey Bee Stamps!! This die set is perfect for just about any occasion!!
I began by die-cutting the leaves and flowers in the Bold Backgrounds: Vintage Roses Die Set from green and white cardstock. I used Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness Distress Inks with Beeluxe Blending Brushes to add shading to the leaves. Worn Lipstick, Lumberjack Plaid, Seedless Preserves, Mustard Seed and Vintage Photo Distress Inks were used to add color and shading to the flowers. I love the way the addition of the Seedless Preserves creates this beautiful pink color!! Once the ink was dry, all the pieces were adhered together using Bee Creative Glue.
The largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set was used to cut an A2 panel from a piece of subtle tone-on-tone pattern paper in the Vintage Love Paper Pad. The floral die-cut was adhered using Bee Creative Glue. I wrapped seam binding around the panel and tied it into a messy bow before adhering it to a white card base.
The sentiment is from the Inside: Kindness Sentiments Stamp Set. It was stamped onto white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and cut out with the Coordinating Die. I also die-cut three more layers from heavyweight white cardstock and adhered them behind the stamped one, then adhered it to the front of the card. I sprinkled on some dark red pearls from the Harvest Pearl Sticker Pack to finish off the card.
I love the romantic feel of this card!!
That does it for me today!! Thanks so. much for stopping by!! See you soon!!
