Happy Thursday friends!! I’m sharing a punny Valentine card for Trinity Stamps with you today!! The sentiment on this card is included in a succulent stamp set, but I thought it would be cute to pair it with an actual candy sucker for Valentine’s Day…or any day for that matter

I began by stamping the cute girl and the sucker from the Seasonal Sweetheart stamp set with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink onto white cardstock. This set is so versatile, there are so many different items to place into the girl’s arms!! After coloring the girl and sucker, the Coordinating Dies were used to cut them out. I love how the die cuts the arms so you can tuck objects into them! Nuvo Glimmer Paste in Garnet Red was spread through a heart stencil from the Fall Showers Stencil set onto a red cardstock panel that was trimmed slightly smaller than A2. I die-cut and pink heart with one of the Stacking Hearts Dies and a white scalloped heart with a die from the Scallop Hearts Die Set and adhered it to the background panel with foam adhesive, once it was dry. The sentiment is from Let Love Grow. It was heat embossed with white embossing powder onto black cardstock and then trimmed. The girl and sentiment block were both adhered to the heart with dimensional adhesive. A few Candy Apple Heart Sprinkles frame the sentiment and reinforce the heart theme. I added Nuvo Glitter Drops in Ruby Slippers onto each scallop of the heart and called it done!
