Hello, my friends!! We’re celebrating the Trinity Stamps April release with a fun and inspiring Instagram hop today!! My 5” x 7” shaker card features some of my faves from this AMAZING release!!

I began by blending Distress Oxide Inks onto white cardstock with the Paw Print Heart Stencil and Blending Buddy Brushes. I used one of the hearts from the Paper Hugs Heart Die Set to cut it out. I die-cut the stitched heart from the same die set into a 5” x 7” panel of black cardstock. I trimmed each side of the panel about 1/4”. The Skinny Striped Background Stamp was white heat embossed onto a panel of glossy black cardstock. I trimmed two strips of that panel and adhered them to a 5” x 7” white card base, then adhered the black panel over them.

Next, I created the shaker using the Paw Print Shaker Tag Die Set. The front of the paw was die-cut from glossy black cardstock. I used Carousel Cupcake and Who Let the Dogs Out sprinkles for my shaker bits. I tied a bow onto the loop of the shaker with black and white striped ribbon. The shaker was adhered with a couple of glue dots, so it could be removed from the card and kept as a keepsake or used for an ornament.

The sentiment is from the Puppy Party Stamp Set. It was white heat embossed onto glossy black cardstock, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with adhesive foam strips.

I absolutely love rainbow colors combined with graphic black and white!! The glossy black paper just takes it up a notch!
