My project today features the oh-so-adorable Rhino Bird Day stamp set & Coordinating Dies…
How cute is this? I began by stamping the rhino, bird & balloon from the Rhino Bird Day set with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink and coloring them with Copic markers and colored pencils, before cutting them out with the Coordinating Dies. I die-cut aframe from silver glitter paper. Next, I trimmed a square panel from white cardstock that would fit behind the frame. I stamped the grass from the Rhino Bird Dayset onto the bottom of the square panel and colored it with shades of green Copics. I ink blended the clouds with a stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink. I adhered the square panel to the center of a top-folding note card and adhered the frame over it with dimensional adhesive. The two sentiments were stamped with Versamarkand heat embossed with white embossing powderonto black cardstock strips. The rhino, bird, balloon and sentiment strips were adhered with foam tape as shown. Nuvo Crystal Glazewas added to the balloon for some shine. I tied a small bow in some silver thread and adhered it to the balloon while the glaze was still wet. Lastly, I added some red hearts from the Sweet & Tart Heart Sprinkle Embellishmentsmix.
Thanks again for stopping by today!! I’ll see you soon!!!
