Happy weekend, crafty friends!! I hope it’s off to a great start!! I’m getting a head-start on my Christmas cards with this all die-cut card featuring the Shadow Joy Etched Die Set from Spellbinders designed by Yana Smakula!!

I started by die-cutting the Shadow Joy Etched Dies from Poppy, Waterfall and white cardstock, then adhered them together with liquid glue. I love the effect the shadow die-cuts create!!

For the background, I embossed a panel of white cardstock with the Holiday Floral Swag 3D Embossing Folder. The “joy” die-cut was adhered across the panel with liquid glue. The poinsettias and flowers in the Gifting Bow Etched Die Set were cut from Poppy and Pomegranate cardstock and the foliage from Waterfall and Seaside cardstock. The centers of the flowers were cut from matte gold cardstock. The die-cuts were all adhered together, then added to the upper, right area of the background panel, popping the poinsettia and small flowers up with foam squares.

The sentiment banner is also from the Gifting Bow Etched Die Set. It was cut from matte gold and Poppy cardstock and adhered under the “joy” sentiment. I trimmed a bit from the bottom of the background panel and adhered strips of Pomegranate, Seaside and matte gold cardstock and this card was finished.

I love the bright colors on the crisp, white embossed background!! I super excited to add this to my stash of holiday cards for this year!!
