Hello, crafty friends and happy Wednesday!! I hope your week is going well!! I’m sharing a card featuring the brand new Retro Blooms Paper Pack from Monday’s Crafty Meraki release!! I LOVE using patterned paper as inspiration for my color scheme, as I did in today’s card!!
I started by trimming the striped patterned paper from the Retro Blooms Paper Packslightly smaller than A2 and adhere it to an A2 panel of of dark blue cardstock. I die-cut the scalloped frame from white cardstock, adhered vellum behind it, then adhered it to the background with liquid glue.
Next, I die-cut the Meraki Moments Just A Note Para-Dies Set from the floral paper in the Retro Blooms Paper Pack, pink and navy cardstock and adhered the layers together with liquid adhesive.
The flower is from the Artisan Flora Wreath Builder Para-Dies Set. It was cut from pink, blue and yellow cardstock. The leaves, from the Peony Artisan Flora Para-Dies, was cut from green cardstock. The flowers, leaves and sentiment die-cuts were all adhered to the background with liquid glue to complete the card.
I absolutely love this color combination!! I don’t think it’s one that I would have come up with without this paper pack!!
Thanks so much for dropping by!! Have a great day!!
