Happy Friday, friends!! I have a winter scene card to share with you today for Scrappy Tails Crafts!! Here in the Midwest, we are having frigid temperatures…we’re talking below zero!! Yesterday looked a bit like my card today!!

I began by stamping the images from the English Christmas Village Stamp Set onto white cardstock with black ink. I colored them with Copics and cut them out with the Coordinating Dies.

For the background, I blended Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink onto the top of a panel of white cardstock. I trimmed some snowbanks from white cardstock, blended some Shaded Lilac Distress Ink onto the edges and adhered them to the background panel. All of the die-cuts were adhered with liquid glue.

I diluted some white gouache and splattered it on with a paintbrush. The sentiment, also from the English Christmas Village Stamp Set, was stamped directly on the background with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and I was finished.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!! Have a great Friday and I’ll see you soon!! Stay warm!!
