Hello, friends!! I have a slimline pop-up card to share with you today for Scrappy Tails Crafts!! Who doesn’t love an interactive pop-up card?!?

I began by die-cutting the large lighthouse twice from heavyweight white cardstock and the side panels from regular 80 lb. white cardstock. All of the elements for my lighthouse were cut from red, white, gray, yellow and two shades of brown cardstock using the Slimline Lighthouse Pop-Up Card Die Set.

I glued all of the pieces onto the front of one of the bases with liquid glue. The side panels were folded and adhered between the two large lighthouse panels.

The sentiment and birds are from the Guiding Light Stamp Set. They were stamped onto white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black Ink.

I used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out. Both groups of birds were adhered with liquid glue and the sentiment was popped up with foam tape.

I left the back undecorated to write my message. You can always embellish the other side, too. Here’s a pic from the other angle…

It folds flat to fit into a slimline envelope, for easy mailing and stands up beautifully on display!!
