There’s a fun Instagram Hop going on to celebrate the brand new Love Letters Release from Honey Bee!! I thought I would post the details for my card here, in case anyone was interested!!

There are a couple of adorable add-ons that work perfectly with the Big Pickup Tailgate Stamp Set and Coordinating Honey Cuts, so I decided to use those for today’s card. Here’s the front…

And the inside…

I began by stamping the Big Pickup Cab, Big Pickup Tailgate and the letters from Loads of Love onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. After coloring them with Copics, they were cut out using the Big Pickup Cab, Big Pickup Tailgate and Loads of Love Honey Cuts. I also cut an extra cab and tailgate die from white cardstock to back my colored die-cuts. This served two purposes, it allowed me to cover the markers that bled through to the back and hid my hinge. The hinge was created with about 1/2 inch wide cardstock strip that was scored and sandwiched between the colored die-cut and the white one.

The greeting on the front of the card, from the Pickup Lines Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock and cut out with the Coordinating Dies. It was popped up across the grill with foam tape. For the inside, I trimmed the white edge from the bottom of the Loads of Love die-cut and adhered it with Bee Creative Precision Glue. “LOVE” was die-cut from frosted silver cardstock using the Tailgate Alphabet and adhered to the tailgate. “Hugs”, also from the Big Pickup Cab Stamp Set, was stamped onto the license plate with red ink.

That’s it!! I really love how this turned out!! I know these stamps and dies were meant to be used front-to-back, but I thought this was another way to use them!!
