Happy Thursday, friends!! I have a “punny” card featuring the Dust Bunnies Stamp Set from Trinity Stamps that could be used for a baby shower or a new baby!! This set has been brought back due to customers’ requests and you can see why…it’s absolutely adorable!!
I started by stamping the images and sentiment from the Dust Bunnies Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored them with Copic markers, cut them out with the Coordinating Dies and added highlights with a white gel pen.
Next, I stamped the Abstract Scratch Background Stamp onto white cardstock with Trinity Teal and Sweet Petunia inks, being sure to overlap them in the center to create purple. I used the scalloped die in the A2 Envelope Builder Die Set to cut it out.
I blended the same inks onto a panel of white cardstock with Blending Buddy Brushes and cut it out with the largest die in the Clean Cut Layers A2 Die Set A. Another panel of white cardstock was die-cut with the 11th largest die in the Clean Cut Layers Circle Die Set B and blended with the same ink colors.
The 12th largest die in the Clean Cut Layers Circle Die Set B was cut from white cardstock and the sentiment from the Dust Bunnies Stamp Set was stamped with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. The supporting sentiment, from the A Sentiment for (Almost) Everything, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock and cut out with its Coordinating Die.
The rectangle and circle layers were all layered and adhered to an A2 card base.
The dust bunnies, “a-choo!” and supporting sentiment were all popped up with adhesive foam strips.
A combination of Berry Blue, Double Bubble and Blackberry Bliss Jelly Drop Hearts embellishments finish off the card.
I love how this turned out and hope you do, as well!!
Thanks for dropping by today!! Have a great Thursday!!
