Happy Wednesday, crafty friends!! This week on the Crafty Meraki blog, we’re focusing on giving older products new life!! I’ve created a rainbow, holographic Christmas card with lots of shine and thought I would share it here, as well!!
I started by die-cutting the top layer of the Carol Ornament Layering Die Set and one of the bows from the Take A Bow Again Die Set from rainbow holographic cardstock. The bottom layer of the ornament was die-cut from white cardstock.
The background was die-cut from white cardstock using the Dancing Feathers A2 Background Die. I cut a thin strip of the holographic paper and adhered it in the center of the background, coming down from the top. The ornament was adhered to the background with liquid glue.
The sentiment, from the Gilded Holiday Greetings EAP, was foiled with rainbow foil and cut out with the Coordinating Die. It was popped up in the center of the ornament with foam tape and this card was finished.
Easy Peasy, but it packs a big punch with all the holographic shine!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a great Wednesday!!
