Hello, fellow card makers and crafters!! I hope this finds you all well!! I can’t believe that Christmas is Friday!! Are you ready? If you’re running a bit behind on getting out your holiday cards like I am, I have a card to share using Honey Bee Stamps products that is suitable to send after Christmas.
I started out by stamping the snowman and trees from the Santa’s Village Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. After coloring them with Copic markers, I cut them out with the Coordinating Dies.
For the background, I used two patterned paper pads, Holiday Cheer (which is new this year) and Holiday Traditions (which was released last year).. Even though these paper pads were released a year apart, they still coordinate so well together!! I trimmed down the green and red plaid paper and matted it with green cardstock, before adding it to a top-folding cardbase. I die-cut the red snowflake paper and white glitter paper using a die from the Double Stitched Oval Honey Cuts. I trimmed the glitter paper into a snowbank. They were adhered to a scalloped oval that was cut from white cardstock with one of the Scallop Oval Dies.
The snowman and trees were popped up with foam adhesive. For the sentiment, “merry” was cut from white cardstock three times and black glitter paper once using the Merry Honey Cuts. “Everything”, from the Merry Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto a black cardstock strip and adhered with foam tape. I added drops of Nuvo Fresh Snowfall Glitter Accents to the snowflakes to add a little more dimension and shine.
Thank you so much for stopping by today!! I hope you’re excited for the new Love Letters Release from Honey Bee Stamps coming next week!! You’re going to LOVE it!!!
Have a great day and I’ll see you soon!!
