Hello again, friends!! I’m sharing a scene card featuring the Coastal Blooms Heroscape Stamp and Cut Set from the Hero Arts Seaside Blooms Collection!!

I started by blending Tumbled Glass Distress Ink onto an A2 panel of smooth white cardstock. I also die-cut the large die in the Coastal Blooms Heroscape Set from the top edge of another panel of white cardstock. I usually do my stamping first, but I wanted to blend the outline of the die to match the sky, so I die-cut it first, then blended Tumbled Glass onto the top edge.

I stamped the hydrangeas onto the die-cut using dye inks. The fence was white heat embossed. I stamped the details of the fence over the embossing with gray ink, then remelted the embossing powder and the gray ink melted into the embossing powder, making it permanent. That’s the first time I’ve tried this and I was so excited that it worked!! I trimmed the bottom of the die-cut piece, then blended Antique Linen and Gathered Twigs Distress Inks onto the bottom and splattered it with diluted ink. The flip flops were stamped with Copic-friendly black ink and colored with Copics.

The birds were stamped onto the background panel with black pigment ink. I added a bit of Mermaid Lagoon Distress Ink onto the background where the openings are in the fence. I thought this would look like the sea in the distance. Both panels were trimmed slightly and adhered to an A2 panel of Raven cardstock. The sentiment, also included in the Coastal Blooms Heroscape Stamp & Cut Set, was stamped with Versamark ink, embossed with white detail embossing powder, then popped up with foam tape. I added some shading with gray Copics and used a white gel pen to add some highlights and details to the hydrangeas and this card was finished.

That’s it!! I have one more card to share using the Summer Bouquet Stamp & Cut from the Seaside Blooms Collection!! It’s such a beautiful collection!!
Thanks for stopping by again!! Have a wonderful Wednesday!!
