Hello, friends and happy first day of June!! I hope those of you in the US had a great holiday weekend!!
I have a sweet friendship card to share with you today featuring the Baked with Love and You Bake Me Happy stamp sets from Honey Bee Stamps!! These adorable baking sets are so much fun and have endless possibilities!!
I began by stamping the mixing bowl, rolling pin, spoon, spatula and eggs from the Baked with Love Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I colored them with Copic markers and cut them out with the Coordinating Dies. The sentiment is from the You Bake Me Happy Stamp Set. It was white heat embossed onto teal cardstock and cut out the their Coordinating Dies.
For the background, I trimmed a panel of patterned paper from the Team Tie Dye Paper Pad slightly smaller than A2 and adhered it to a white cardbase. This paper pad is a must-have!! It really makes it look like you spent a lot of time on a background, when it’s already done for you!! I die-cut a scalloped circle from white cardstock using the middle size die in the Stitched Scallop Circles Honey Cuts. One of the Double Stitched Circles Honey Cuts was used to die-cut a circle from aqua paper. I adhered the circles together and popped them up onto the front of the card with foam adhesive. The baking elements and sentiments were adhered with a combination of Bee Creative Glue and foam tape. I added some highlights with a white gel pen and called this one done!!
Thank you so much for stopping by today!! Have a wonderful week and I’ll see you soon!!
