Hello, again!! I just received the latest release from Scrappy Tails Crafts earlier this week and couldn’t wait to get started with it!! Unfortunately, I didn’t find the time to sit down and craft until yesterday…you know how life gets in the way sometimes?!? Anyway, I pulled out three new die sets from the Let’s Pawty Release to create this pet sympathy card!!

I began by die-cutting the heart in the Pet Keys Die Set from white cardstock and the paw print heart from black cardstock. The collar and the sentiment are from the Pet Collar Die Set. The collar was die-cut from red plaid pattern paper and red cardstock. The tag and hardware on the collar was die-cut from holographic cardstock. The top layer of the sentiment was cut once from black cardstock and two times from white cardstock. They were stacked and adhered together with one of the white layers slightly offset. The shadow layer was cut from holographic cardstock once and white cardstock two times. They were stacked and adhered together.

The rainbow and clouds are from the Rainbow Bridge Die Set. They were cut from white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and pink cardstock. I blended a bit of Tumbled Glass Distress Ink around the edges of the clouds.

The background was created with a 3D paw print embossing folder and a panel of white cardstock. I trimmed it slightly and adhered it to an A2 panel of black cardstock. There is also a tiny alphabet included in the Pet Collar Die Set to personalize your dog tag!! Love that!! I cut mine from black cardstock, along with a tiny heart from the Pet Keys Die Set. I used liquid glue to adhere most of the elements, popping the front of the collar, the tag and the tiny heart up with foam tape. I thought about adding some of the new paw print embellishments, but decided there was already enough going on and called this one done.

Be sure to check out the new Let’s Pawty Release over in the Scrappy Tails Shop!! So much good stuff for dogs, cats and pet lovers!!
That’s it for me today!! Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a wonderful weekend!!
