I have a sweet card to share with you today featuring one of the darling new digital stamp sets from the Rachelle Anne Miller February Release, You Make Me Smile!! (Links will be active when the release goes live tomorrow, February 17th.)
My card today features the adorable Wedding Scene Creator!!
I printed the Wedding Scene Creator digital image and sentiment onto white cardstock with the black outline option and colored it with Copic markers. I used the following Copic colors:
- Body of car: BG13, BG11, BG10
- Bumper, windshield trim & veil: C3, C1, C0, C00
- Mice, convertible top, tires & road: W7, W5, W3, W1
- Boy’s hair: E99, YR27. YR24
- Girl’s hair: E29, E39. E37
- Sign: E35, E33, E31
- Ribbons, hearts & inside of mice ears: RV 34, RV32
- Tail lights: R37, R08, R05
- Sky: BG01, B00, B000
- Grass: YG05, YG03, YG01
I die-cut the panel with an embossed edge rectangle die. I also die-cut two more layers from heavyweight white cardstock using the same die and adhered them behind the colored one for a bit of dimension, then to a top-folding white card base.
I added some crystal glaze to the hearts and tail lights for a little shine.
This stamp set will definitely get a workout this spring and summer when wedding season rolls around!!
