Sending Joy – Picket Fence Studios

Hello, friends and happy Friday!! I have a Christmas card to share today for Picket Fence Studios featuring the Peaceful Christmas Flowers Stamp Set illustrated by Kelly Taylor!! I love getting a head-start on my Christmas cards, especially when I have the time to sit and color before the hectic holiday season begins!!

I began by stamping the stunning images in the Peaceful Christmas Flowers Stamp Set onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink. I colored them with Copic markers and cut them out with the Coordinating Dies. (Save some cash and order the bundle here.)

For the background, I die-cut the Garden Lattice A2 Cover Plate Die from white cardstock and adhered it to an A2 white card base with liquid glue. I die-cut an arch from blue cardstock using the two smallest arch dies in the Basic Die Cutting Set 1 Die Set and adhered it to the background with liquid glue, along with the poinsettia die-cuts. Diluted Liquid Gold Paper Splatter Watercolor was splattered onto the panel with a fan brush.

The sentiment, also from the Peaceful Christmas Flowers Stamp Set, was gold heat embossed onto white cardstock, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam tape. I added the smallest gems from the Fire Gem Mix to the centers of the poinsettias and around the sentiment to finish off the card and add lots of shine.

That does it for me today!! It feels so good to add this to my stash of holiday cards to be sent out later this year!! Have you started on your holiday cards yet?

Thanks for stopping by!! have a great weekend!!
