Happy Monday, fellow crafters!! I hope you had a great weekend!! We are in the middle of winter storm here in Missouri!! We had lots of ice and snow yesterday!! Meanwhile, I’m over here dreaming of Spring and flowers!! Winter is NOT my favorite season…lol!!
My card today features the Garden of Blooms Stencil Set and Coordinating Die, Tiny Hearts Cover Die and For Her Sentiments and Coordinating Dies, all from Alex Syberia Designs!!
I started by stenciling the Garden of Blooms Stencil Set onto white cardstock two times using shades of pink, yellow and green dye inks, then used the Coordinating Die to cut them out.
For the background, I die-cut the Tiny Hearts Cover Die from white cardstock and adhered it to an A2 panel of light pink cardstock. The stenciled florals were arranged and adhered with liquid glue and the excess was trimmed from the edges. The off-cuts were added around the perimeter of the card and adhered.
The sentiment, from the For Her Sentiments Set, was stamped onto white cardstock with black pigment ink. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die. I wrapped three strands of black and white twine around the panel and tied them into a triple bow. The sentiment was popped up with foam tape to finish off the card.
There’s something so relaxing about stenciling, don’t you agree?!?
That does it for me today!! Thank you so much for dropping by!! Have a wonderful week!!
