Hello, crafty friends and happy Friday!! I hope you have some crafty plans for the weekend!! I have a colorful floral card featuring the So Sorry Stamp Set, along with several other goodies from the latest Pink and Main release to share with you today!! I love the whimsical style of these flowers!!
I started by stamping the floral images from the So Sorry Stamp Set onto Ice Rink Cardstock with Asphalt Ink. I colored them with Copic markers, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.
For the background, I lightly blended the Modern Plus Stencil onto a panel of Ice Rink Cardstock with Dress Shop and Construction ink. I die-cut it with the third largest die from the Layered Rectangles A2 Die Set and adhered it to a panel of Dress Shop Cardstock which was die-cut with the largest die in the Scallop Rectangle Die Set. I die-cut the arched frame from light yellow cardstock using two of the dies in the Stitched Arches Die Set and adhered it over the stenciled background. The layers were all adhered to a white, top-folding card base and the flowers were adhered with liquid glue.
The sentiment, also from the So Sorry Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto Asphalt Cardstock and cut out with the Coordinating Die. It was popped up in the center of the card with foam tape. I added some details to the centers of the flowers with a white gel pen to finish it off.
Thanks so much for spending a bit of your Friday with me!! Have a wonderful weekend!!
