Hello, friends and happy Monday!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!! I’m sharing a card today that features the adorable Freckle Friends: Climbing Calliope Stamp Set and the A2 Cloud Peek A Boo Cover Plate Die from the latest Picket Fence Studios release!!

I started by stamping the darling girl in the hot air balloon, clouds, banners and birds in the Freckle Friends: Climbing Calliope Stamp Set onto white cardstock with PFS Black Hybrid Ink. I colored it with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

For the background, I die-cut the A2 Cloud Peek A Boo Cover Plate Die from white cardstock and blended a bit of Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink onto it using a blender brush. I blended the same ink onto another panel of white cardstock and adhered the A2 Cloud Peek A Boo Cover Plate die-cut over it using liquid glue. The Copic-colored die-cut images were adhered, also using liquid adhesive.

The sentiment, also from the Freckle Friends: Climbing Calliope Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam tape. A combination of Carnival Day and Taking Off sequin mixes finish off the card.
