Hello, friends and happy Tuesday!! I have an uplifting card featuring the Light the Way Stamp Set to share today!! This would be perfect for a sympathy card or just to offer a bit of encouragement!!
I began by stamping some of the images from the Light the Way Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Momento London Fog Ink. I wanted a soft outline so I chose gray ink instead of black. The tree were stamped onto white cardstock with two colors of green dye ink. The images were colored with Copics and cut out with the Coordinating Dies.
Next, I die-cut the fifth largest circle in the Sweet Stacks: Circles Die Set from white cardstock. I blended a bit of Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink onto the circle with a blender brush. The sand, sea and rock die-cuts were arranged and adhered together, then die-cut with the same circle die to fit perfectly onto the background circle. All of the die-cuts were adhered with Bee Creative Glue. I also die-cut a larger circle from dark gray cardstock with the fourth largest die in the Sweet Stacks Circle Die Set and adhered the two circles together, also using Bee Creative Glue.
The Netting A2 Cover Plate was die-cut from white cardstock, then cut again using the second largest die in the Sweet Stacks: Rectangles Die Set. A panel of gray cardstock was also die-cut with the same die and the net die-cut was adhered to it with Bee Creative Glue. It was then adhered to a white A2 card base and the circles were adhered to the center. The sentiment, from the Be The Light Stamp Set, was stamped onto dark gray cardstock with Bee Creative Embossing Ink and embossed with white embossing powder. It was cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam adhesive to finish off the card.
I really love how this turned out and hope you do, as well!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a great day!!
