Snappy Birthday – Trinity Stamps

Hello, friends and happy Thursday!! I have a fun birthday card to share today featuring the adorable Snappy Birthday Stamps & Coordinating Dies from Trinity Stamps!!

I started by stamping the gator and sentiment from the Snappy Birthday Stamp Set onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored him with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

Next, I stenciled the Slimline Layered Balloons Stencil Set onto a panel of white cardstock with yellow and blue dye inks using Blending Buddy Brushes. I die-cut it with the second largest die in the A2 Clean Cut Layers Rectangle A Die Set, along with a panel of green cardstock with the largest die in the same die set.

The balloon was cut from vellum using a die from the So Stinkin’ Thrilled Die Set.

I added a small piece of a Rip & Stick Sheet to the back of a piece of glossy black cardstock and die-cut the outline of one of the birthday sentiments from the Simply Sentimental: Birthday Die Set. I die-cut it again from green cardstock and the bottom layer from white cardstock. I peeled the letters from the Rip & Stick Sheet and had ready-made stickers to add to the white layer. This makes it so easy to add adhesive when you have thin sentiments like the one I used here!! I inlaid the green pieces using liquid glue.

The two rectangle panels were stacked and adhered together with liquid glue.

I added the gator and sentiments to the vellum balloon with foam tape, then added liquid adhesive behind the die-cuts and adhered it to the background.

Lots of Oh My Stars Confetti (my favorite embellishment!) add tons of shine to finish off the card.

I absolutely LOVE how this turned out!!

Thanks so much for spending a bit of your day with me!! Have a great Thursday!!
